Articles of Incorporation

The Articles of Incorporation created the corporate entity responsible for the operation, maintenance, and governance of the Cluster. The Articles of Incorporation describe the members of the Newport Cluster Association and their voting rights. They also identify the initial Board of Directors and describe the manner and method for future elections of Directors. The Articles of Incorporation are filed with the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
