Fees And Who To Contact

The fees listed below cover the services most frequently requested in connection with the sale and purchase of Newport Cluster properties. Please contact the Secretary ([email protected]) if you require services authorized under the Virginia Property Owners’ Association Act that are not listed below, including requests for hard copies of documents. We will promptly provide you with a listing of those fees and costs.

Preparation and Delivery of NCA Disclosure Packet (Electronic Format): $175
NCA will prepare a disclosure packet and transmit it directly to each of the following
persons named in the request:

the seller,
the seller's authorized agent,
the purchaser,
the purchaser's authorized agent,
and not more than one other person designated by the requester.

The requester must provide an email address for each person entitled to receive an
electronic copy of the disclosure packet in the initial request. Disclosure packet
requests should be emailed to [email protected].

Financial Update Requested by Settlement Agent (Electronic Format): $70
NCA will prepare and deliver a financial update upon request of a settlement agent.

The requester must provide an email address for each person entitled to receive an electronic copy of the financial update in the request. Requests for financial updates should be emailed to [email protected] with a “cc” to [email protected].

Post-Closing Fee to Purchaser: $70
Charged for the purpose of establishing the purchaser as the owner of the property in NCA records.

Fees are to be collected at settlement and paid by check made payable to “Newport Cluster Association." Checks shall be mailed to:
