Welcome to our community!

As a new owner or tenant on Regatta Lane, you will want to know more about the services available, your neighbors and the rules and regulations of Newport Cluster Association (NCA). You have come to the right place. This website either contains, or will point you to, most of the information that you will need to help you, your family and your guests quickly assimilate.

First though, you have to register to be assigned an account to gain full access to all of the resources and information available to owners and tenants on the NCA web site. In the registration process you will be asked to supply an email address, which will be used to establish the account for your street address. Once registered, you have full control over your information, including the ability to opt out of emails.

Under Virginia law the NCA Secretary is required to maintain a list of the names and addresses of all members as part of NCA's corporate records, and to verify members’ consent to receive certain corporate notices from NCA via email. Complete contact information must be received by the NCA Secretary prior to any website registration.

Please contact the NCA Secretary at [email protected] promptly following closing on your property to provide this information. Members are also required to provide contact information for their tenants.
